Jacinda is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and holds a Certificate of Public Practice. She leads the firm’s accounting and tax services, ensuring the highest standards of technical quality, compliance, and professional care.

With a strong background in accounting, Jacinda works closely with clients across a wide range of industries, providing expert advice on financial reporting, taxation, and structuring. She is known for her thorough, detail-oriented approach and her ability to explain complex matters in a clear and practical way.

Jacinda plays a key role in supporting clients with their ongoing compliance obligations while also helping them plan ahead with confidence.

At Ranyard & Co, Jacinda is responsible for the firm’s technical delivery, overseeing all accounting and tax work and ensuring clients receive accurate, reliable, and high-quality service.

Mark is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with extensive experience in senior finance and leadership roles across businesses in  New Zealand, Australia, USA and UK.

He brings a strong commercial focus to Ranyard & Co, working closely with clients to understand their businesses, support decision-making, and provide practical, forward-looking advice. Mark has a particular interest in helping business owners improve performance, manage growth, and navigate key financial decisions with confidence.

Prior to establishing Ranyard & Co, Mark held senior CFO leadership roles where he was responsible for financial strategy, capital management, and business operations across a diverse portfolio of companies.

At Ranyard & Co, Mark leads client relationships, business advisory services, and the overall direction of the firm, ensuring clients receive responsive, practical, and commercially focused support.
